Once your request is received and the product is inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your return, exchange, or refund will be processed as per our policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
